I don’t think ca will ever be a bad place to invest but the whole “the juice isn’t worth the squeez” is starting to pertain more and more.

I think the attorney knows what he did was unethical, and the juice won't be worth the squeeze. 

Cast a wide net and think along the lines of how you can make this thing produce fruit.

Geordy, yeah that's the conventional low hanging fruit answer but where there's a will there's a way.
