I think there are a variety of areas you could invest within west bend.Cedarburg is a more expensive market, though I do know some people who rent out their homes (after they moved away) but I don't get the impression any of them are cash flowing significantly.If it were me, I'd begin looking at SFHs in west bend and start there.

@Greg Parker - not frequently at all, but I've been to Montgomery probably 10 times over the past 5 to 7 years.  

Personally, even though I am a licensed agent, I frequently use realtor or Zillow to run searches.
