Of course, all channels can work.. it’s just that certain ones might be better for your situatoin right now.Since your Charlotte mortgage is higher, renting by the room can spread that burden across multiple renters.

I built an AI Agent that does this, searches google, contacts the vendors, gets availability, gets quotes, handle all back and forth communication, then gets back to me with suggestions, price, reviews and summary of the conversation.So yeah, I am super pumped by AI's application in the field 

I imagine a T-6 is just a Trailing 6 month table that shows our rents, expenses all fully tabulated and organized into a summary table, but having a hard time finding documentation online to support that.

We use Proper but I am going to be going over all our insurance as things have been skyrocketing here in WA state ever since they did away with credit scores affecting insurance rates.Where is the STR at?
