Hi All, I'm new to BP and real estate but enjoying learning more everyday.

Hey @Demeko Morgan .I found my first deal through my realtor, looked at 20 properties before finding a househack.As for now, I work with wholesalers who are marketing and contacting owners all day every day. 

I would not charge to rekey the locks (cost of doing business as others have said), but I WOULD charge her rent per diem (monthly rent divided by 30) for every day you do not have the key returned. 

I check listings almost every day, but it is rare I find something that the numbers work.

I leave my house to go to work everyday (7 days a week)at 6amI get home at 5pm 7 days a week.

At the end of everyday though I try to always give my worries and cares to God, you can’t keep worrying about everything. 

Strive to be better each and everyday.

I'm honestly not sure how the market is going to crash in my area, when we have around 800 new people every day moving into the area, and all of them need someplace to live, and new construction isn't keeping up.

My short term goal is to learn as much as possible through books, BP site/members, and BP podcasts that I listen to everyday.

Had a friend recommend this site to me - and I've been on here everyday checking out the forums, listening to Brandon on the podcasts, what a great community here with infinite information!
