Personal liability, but loss of use coverage; corporate endorsement liability, rental to others short-term liability, and a few other endorsements that I don't understand.  

Seems like Bridge has a very strong reputation (personal endorsement from Brandon Turner is quite impressive) here on BP - I was surprised to see that Voepel (the PM that Bridge uses exclusively it seems?)

@Mary AinsworthLast fiscal year, 10/2021-9/2022, there were only 8 FHA 203k loans endorsed in the San Diego area & only 1 last month. 

But it's mega loan servicer Cenlar who endorses the back of the checks, and after a thorough grilling I got a person on the other end of the 1-800 number that answered as WF to finally concede that their W-2 and paycheck says Cenlar on it, not Wells, even though they answer the phone as if WF employees. 

I spoke to my insurance agent and she informed me she got an endorsement in the LLC insurance that covers me personally, besides the umbrella.

I placed the business in an LLC, and when I bought my liability insurance, the agent told me to pay for an endorsement that covers me personally as owner as well.

Kinda feels like BP has a responsibility to post some kind of advisory to the podcast episode he was on because I see that as a pretty strong endorsement for someone in this community.

Jason Bott is correct, and its best to have all your coverage with one agent, because you add a property, then that agent should also endorse the umbrella.

This may work out well for you in the short term, but this may be your "death by a thousand cuts", as you are tacitly endorsing these lease violations by not addressing them. 

What you guys need in this area is a good review and endorsement I'd say ;)Just send me a copy and I bet this isn't guru stuff, but conventional and acceptable techniques.
