These are all just excuses for following the same format that everyone else does.

It seems like they are ok, but it will come up.Right now, you are hoping someone else doesn't find out and you would need to disclose what you know when you sell.

The investors all are going to turn it into something else - low income housing , student dorms, self storage, transient housing, drug treatment, etc.  

Is there anything else you think I should know before getting into real estate as a side hustle? 

I've had problems when someone else claimed the property kicking me out of the account. 

What happened to the premise of teaching someone at a minimal cost on how to fish and once they learn to PAY IT FORWARD TO TEACH SOMEONE ELSE???

Lastly Jim I am surprised it took you this long :)  AS you know one of the main rules on BP is operators / sponsor etc are suppose to divulge that they are in business and not pretend they are something else and they do it by Omission .  

How can you get into a growth mindset if your finances are a mess?

I've used Furnished Finder exclusively for one year now, and haven't found the need to use anything else (yet!)
