If it came in at 340k and you agreed to it before you found out about the discrepancy that is a different story.I would contact your attorney if you had one.  

While reading it, I found a discrepency of $1000 which needed to be amended.

Hi @Daniel Murphy - since you are local to the area, I would suggest maybe driving the neighborhoods to see the discrepancies that you are uncovering.

Due to the discrepancies in services received by the condominium, the owners can appeal to the town's board of assessment appeals in order to decrease their assessment (and thus their tax liability). 

More like a few weekends. 100k and 35k are way off so I would figure out where the discrepency is.

The county will show a lesser amount and there will be a discrepancy on the appraisal.

hello everyone, been a while since I've been on here.After a long time of searching I'm currently under contract and closing in about 10 days, A few days ago i was reading over the banks appraisal report and I found some major discrepancys.

This agreement gives current tenants a chance to disclose the terms of their lease as they know it so that you have a chance to find discrepancies before committing to a purchase.Any discrepancies that arise should be sorted out before closing.
