Be diligent in your application process and verification. 

Is that a long process? 

We’ve tried off-site laundry, but our sheets get mixed up and replaced with lower-quality ones, so we prefer on-site washing.Currently, our cleaners have about four hours between guests to process 6–8 loads, but the dryer is the bottleneck at 1.5 hours per load.

This process can be frustrating, but getting it right adds so much credibility to your business.

@Corazon B. when we initially purchased the home it was under our name, but we have now gone through the process of changing it to be under the LLC.

For payment processing, we use Stripe. 

So, the eviction route is a longer process.
