Unfortunately due to the Coronavirus and all the shutdowns I haven't been able to progress further, but hopefully next year things might change a bit.

With corona virus, increased lumber prices, a few hurricanes and a two day freeze (unheard of for our area), we ended up spending $127,000Decided to list the home at $375,000 based on the comps, location, etc.

This is an old thread, but I am curious (if anyone still reads this) what is your experience so far with trying to get the money out, especially giving Coronavirus situation.

This past year (2020) we still wholesale real estate however have  began to  sublet rental units which we are trying to scale for cash flow -( just creative stuff and lease optioning  now since corona virus ).  

How are Montgomery investments doing during corona virus? 

The safer investments right now would be RE seeing as RE isn’t as heavily effected by the CoronaVirus as the stock market is right now (Major companies such as Disney closing, or JNJ and other companies with warehouses being closed, along with airlines and hotels taking a hit).
