In Chicago, we have an ordinance called the RLTO and failure to comply with putting it an account, giving the tenant interest, and giving them notice of what bank, including address, is holding the security deposit can be extremely painful for the landlord.

What ever you decide be sure to be consistent with all of your tenants so you can comply with fair housing laws.

Try a cordial conversation, ask him to to comply nicely or offer him the chance to leave of his own accord.

Do you have state licensed lending company that is compliant with all the state and federal laws that a lender is required to comply with? 

I imagine that M.A.Di. and other prefab companies comply with IBC regulations but every country, county, city, and township have their own codes and its important to check with local officials before building. 

If she doesn't comply, start the eviction process.

Good afternoon fellow Texans,I am facing an issue where I requested a water shut off list from my near by cities and the complied with my request, however, they were returned with just an address and no names.I have requested to have the lists be sent to me with names on the properties and I was told that because of Texas law that is confidential.How are wholesalers and/or investors getting around this?
