Does anyone have experience working with "Nailed It" construction company?

They could buy just the battery and not the solar if their problem is really the power company turning off the juice. 

I found my self with a million dollar startup with no money and realized my success was contingent on companies hiring me or people investing in me.

Recently, a real estate friend suggested I consider starting a title company, as he and his partners (primarily in commercial real estate, like strip malls) could bring business my way.While I’ve worked with title companies in my transactions, I’ve never explored the inner workings of how they operate.

simple - treat it like any other real estate closing. you go through attorneys and title companies.

To answer your question though, yes, there are 3rd party data center companies that lease the building.
