Spare me the ramifications of doing it fraudulently, that is not an option.

Not to sound combative, but if you wouldn't be willing to write someone a check for nothing, don't expect other people to just give you things for free. 

There are also usually cameras at all of these businesses to catch if someone is trying to file a fraudulent claim etc.No legal advice given.

Had an attorney tell me one time that seller was in the wrong and likely fraudulently misrepresented things.

Just because an investment deal goes south or not as planned does not mean anyone involved was acting irresponsibly or fraudulently. 

ACCORDING To SECTION 8 ALL I NEED TO DO IS GIVE HER 60 DAYS NOTICE THAT I WANT HER TO MOVE OUT AND THATS THAT BUT I KNOW THIS WOMAN HAS COMBATIVE TENDANCIES AND WILL POTENTIAL WRECK THE HOUSE.
