Parents or siblings with kids that you trust to watch your children from time to time?

They provided all info that I needed along with background / credit check from mySmartMove.2) A couple with 2 small children - international student - who want to the place for August - willing to sign the 2 years lease3) A retired couple + a dog who want to move by June 1 but looking for a house more than a condoSo I pick # 1 as the potential tenant. 

After about 5 years we unloaded it, since then we sold everything in Richmond and went to other cities with much more growth.If I would go back to Richmond, I would stick to the museum district and anything west of it following broad st till about the children's museum.

I don't know as much about FL as I do Boston and MA, but my research into south Florida and raising children pointed me toward:Southwest RanchesWestonCoral SpringsDavieCooper CityI focused on desirable school districts and these were top performers.

However, there is one tenant we inherited who accounts for 80% of our maintenance calls, most of which we suspect are caused but her two young children.

I do Agree with not using the words "Always" & "Never"   As I was told that in Marriage Class when discussing situations with my wife or children....  

We have 4 children & have no interest in working into our 70s.

I find myself working a lot to keep up and miss out on opportunities with my children and family to be there with them and travel.
