The current value of the home is $330,000, and it should increase to $365,000 after the conversion.

I believe that having the discipline and humility to have those hard conversations really say a lot about someone.

Start a level-headed conversation with the agent and have all the facts prepped beforehand.

There's a lot of macro economic conversations about "bubbles" but I think it's really interesting to compare what's happening now with 2008.  

There is also a True Portfolio program where you can buy a Second Home with only 10% down and can have a back end DTI of up to 49%.Best to have a conversation and go over all options than to take one lenders turn down.

All easily convertible back into a garage if I wanted but by spending less than 20k on each conversion I was able to receive almost all of that back within the first year and then profit year and after.
