The turn over is high and Tenants here will have a lot of drama unless you get someone that works in the strip casinos to rent your house bc they usually keep up with the rent.

Just as casinos found when card counting started in blackjack... even when you tell people the answer, they still go with their gut!

@Steven Gesis  My spelling is not up to par today.. but I have an excuse I am in Maui and well those mai tai's are pretty nice.. just living the life of a RE investor  LOL.

While this is a total generalization, South LT renters will usually be visiting the casinos and enjoying the nightlife.  

I agree with Tai Lopez that reading books can help you with confidence and brain power that you can use.  

I recently heard that there is a casino opening soon in Schenectady, how do you think this will affect the market near you?

I was a member of 4 at one time (and BP).As Tai Lopez says:  find 33% of the folks you spend time ABOVE your level, 33% at your level, and offer to share what you do know with the other 33% below you.  

Are you against casinos, because some people get addicted to gambling?

Also, the area around Erie Blvd has seen a lot of growth, including the new casino that opened not too long ago.
