Currently, I'm 26, so no issues with my health, but I also know that my body can only keep up for so long and I can only work so many hours in a day.

(like dead body and a person with a knife next to it :mrgreen: ) I'll probably have to base my report on tons of small details, each of which may be explained by negligence and poor performance but 100 of them can make a statement.Like when putting ad on CL K. first "forgot" to put square footage, then she accidently put the worst zip code in the city, then she put laundry picture - with 20+ pictures I e-mailed you it was definitely the worst.

Not sure how they will react to this but I guess it couldn’t hurt.

However, other regulatory bodies are more clear especially for people in certain real estate roles.

Take my following comments with a grain of salt as, based on the fact that your previous deal has fully funded and you have received great response from your fellow Bpers in this thread, you are clearly already on point with how you are pitching your deals.Yes, I get that there is a point where information overload would distract and possibly lead to quicker tune-out from some potential investors but do think it is extremely valuable when an operator demonstrates his knowledge of a deal beyond just the top line selling points within the body of their pitch. 

There is plenty of people out there trying to make money off your emotions and you do not have to react too fast.Good luck to you!
