We’ve just finished our 2025 planning meetings for our six largest projects, and it’s been an interesting process. 

Depending on your multi-family interest, type of project and timing; I might have some interest, if you're open to that idea. 

First, I'd suggest getting familiar with the basics of real estate investing—property types, financing, and market analysis.

Your exposure is any open development or syndication projects that fail if you pass.

Am interested in diving into deal analysis to learn how to spot a good multifamily deal. 

The lots will be great to develop (either by us or another builder) and that's where the big payback will be on this project. 

After owning the property for 1 week and putting in a lot of sweat equity, I've concluded that I want to keep the Inherited tenants based on the condition of their living space and the quality of the people, Knowing I want to keep them to save myself the headache of a  turnover and vacancy of a projected move out If I were to suddenly increase rents.
