I would ask Stessa directly for help but their business model seems to be to advertise "Priority Phone Support" but force you to wait 2 month to make a phone appointment. thanks in advance

I fully support almost everything about being a landlord inn Chicago and have zero issues with anything in the RLTO but this is just ridiculous.

However, communication issues with Lacey began almost immediately—she took two weeks just to send me a contract and was frequently unresponsive, blaming weather-related issues.She advertised the property as highly profitable, but when I asked for proof, she never provided any.

The idea of my thread is to share my experience and check if I can get advice and emotional support from like minded individuals but unfortunately the post was not properly understood and only people who are either PMCs or associated with one have answered.
