Who doesn't love orange?

I actually grew up in Sheboygan County, WI and have lived in Orange County, CA for the last 6 years.

Since you're from Orange County with the high costs, I'm curious to see what markets you are focusing on.

The idea is to take the We Work shared office idea and modify it to specifically target companies working in the same arena.I'm seeking feedback from real estate entrepreneurs in LA and Orange County so see if there would be any interest in this type of space for real estate professionals?  

I'm looking for an agent in Orange County California to help me find SFH deals to flip.

There are some areas in Port Orange and South Daytona were they have these homes on their own land and are a good investment because you can pick them up cheap since the hurricane came through. 

Or reputable hard money lenders in Los Angeles or Orange Counties?

I know a guy who's having some success with this in Orange.

Of all the cities I have C properties in, Orange Texas is the only city that has ever fined me for the lawn being too high.
