Do you chat through the bigger pockets software or do you have a email you can provide?

Any work I need in real estate that I can't do, I outsource (accountant, lawyer, contractors, handyman, property manager (on some properties), software, brokers etc.  

I manage large portfolio properties in NYC/Michigan/Memphis/Indiana all handsoff.FYI: I am a Software developer at Ford Motor.

I am a software engineer and have saved a decent amount of money about $60000. 

I use Smart Property Systems software to manage my units. 

With tax season upon us I wanted to hear your opinion on the best accounting software out there.Like many of you, I've been juggling various aspects of property management, from tracking expenses and managing leases to preparing for tax season.

Alongside my real estate ventures, I maintain my full-time job as a Senior Engineering Manager in Software Engineering.

There are notes, explanations, and attachments you can provide (through the turbotax software) to disclose the fact that 50% of the total 1098 is being split between both schedules.
