Jerome Powell has finally admitted that Inflation is not transitory.

Not only that...but within a couple hours add these: Rte 66, 4 Corners, Anastazi Ruins, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam,  Monument Valley, Petrified National Park, Sedona, Railroad Tours, and even a short day trip to Southern Utah.One of the most hidden gem areas in the country..... 

Jay Powell is operating this way currently, and his term doesn't end until 2026.

During his last speech, Fed Chairman Powell indicated that the board would likely increase the Fed Funds Rate by 1/2% by the end of 2024, that spooked the market and drove Treasuries, which drive mortgage rates up.

If anyone calls Powell an idiot or says he was too slow to react to the recession, they are not realizing that back in 2018, during their meeting, they stated or wished for an event that would help make inflation extra hot so they could raise rates and gain back the power needed to help combat next recession.
