I do actually use Redfin because I like the interface much more than the MLS....but when I go into really research a property nothing beats the actual MLS.  

A sidebar: the attorney I use interfaces with the Trustee. 

I have used this service and find it to be a good product with a straight forward and intuitive interface.

Looks like FurnishedFinder licenses the Transunion technology, overlays their own interface and rebrands it.

It also doesn't have a web interface to make multi-property management a bit easier.

I have used several and have landed on Followup Boss because of the smooth user interface and powerful functionality, especially when paired with some other systems -- like Zillow paid leads, Curaytor, etc.

About halfway through the afternoon, the interface changed.

Tenants love it because its free, simple and the user interface is pleasant, which should help you get and hold on to good tenants.

I've been off and on trying to add my NMLS # to my signature so I can be all compliant and whatnot, and the interface where you add it looks very simple, but it never seems to 'stick' when I add it.I've tried every "what if I click on this thing?"
