.: I haven't passed this past legal review so for what its worth: Part of my standard requirements for everyone include income is at least 3X rent, minimum credit score, say 640, Clean record and no evictions as well as deposit is paid in full at signing of lease and 1st month rent is paid in full prior to handing over the keys.

You post makes me want to remind everyone that florida isn't an easy market to enter short term rentals.

Old post, but in the short-term the world changed with the recent passing of HR 5376.

Now we have a full leadership team handling various roles. 

Just did a forum search for Buy Box criteria as I am in the process of trying to put together a worksheet I can use for future REI deals and came across this post.
