My 2 cents is prices are crazy inflated right now, but believe it or not I think it will continue because of continued demand pressure for the area from people fleeing higher cost of living areas and moving there, with access to 87/17.

State Farm just told me I have too many houses and have to move on. 

The seller had a good rental history strictly on VRBO & decided to move onto other things.

Technology is fast moving and they need to move faster than that.

Multiple places, then you start reaching commercial territory when you sell and try to move it all as a business.

Are you just moving to 30-day+ rentals?  

There’s zero chance I would move out.

It does not take that many hours to look at a property, sign a contract or even manage tenants.If you are bored in your 9-5 it's time to move on to a job where you learn and get challenged so you can grow.
