From what i can tell it is indeed a very competitive market and the prices are quite elevated but that goes hand in hand with the local economy.I am doing some due diligence on the market to get more familiar with the current trends - perhaps a big macro question I can ask is - has there been any signs of slowing down from COVID in terms of sales activity or price drops?
