Hello BP community!

I am new to the site and looking to connect with investors and wholesalers active in the South Boston area. I will be moving there in the spring and i thought id get a head start connecting with locals.

I plan on buying a house soon after my move and house hacking the project.  Any tips on how to get started getting familiar with this market (which seems to be very competitive) is highly appreciated.

I am moving from Toronto Canada, and i am a realtor here with 7 years of experience, so if you would be interested in learning about the Toronoto RE market we can share experiences.
