The Inglewood City Council is using eminent domain to acquire eleven holdout properties to clear space for the Clippers’ future Arena.

City council members are so gun shy when it comes to adding more housing for renters that they find even this too politically risky and have been dragging their feet. 

As I type this, the city council is debating proposed changes to the group living rules that will increase the maximum number of unrelated adults from two to five.

We will consult Council before we ultimately do anything, but we were wondering if there was some general advise.

Have the builder draw the wiring on paper and photographs, have an independent licensed electrical contractor write that the design and completion is correct, have planning department write that they signed off on the wiring before was sealed up etc... you need documents to demonstrate against the appraiser's opinion Bureau of Construction Codes, Electrical Division, at 517-241-9320 get their email and send what you have and ask for their written opinionMichigan Construction Codes runs parallel with the International Code Council (ICC) try them tooThe State Code supersedes county; but you need the exact wiring specs in writing.
