Seems my situation is very unique.. i acquired the "permanent" shed from property owner 4 owners ago..lol.. it is on a cement slab, but behind the unit next to mine.

I’ve gone through the BP podcast and read a few of the most recommended books, however, one can only learn so much this way and I feel that I need to take action in order to cement whatever little bit that I’ve assimilated and be able to build upon it.

Before all the new cement, vegas temps used to drop at night 20 25 degrees. 

No options. fix it and move on, Its just pouring cement under it , 

I have been through it but it's been nice to read over and over again to cement in your mind!

I did a custom cement look fireplace surround also to hello bring it together.

I would look into a fiber/cement fascia product similar to James Hardie, this product is incredibly durable but also can be difficult to install due to its weight and fragility - it is very brittle and requires a special blade to cut. 

I have a foundation issue with a house and a brick/cement porch that I want to possibly have redone.  

Why is the wiring in steel conduit; is the building cement block to withstand hurricanes (???)

Subsequently there have been others to cement and clarify the court's position.I agree that it wouldn't hold up to a constitutional challenge.
