When people get stabbed to death, it's usually 30-40 stab wounds.

Time heals all but the worst wounds. 

Eventually as the downturn was finally trending back,  I wound up working for a national title company that specialized in Telecom & Infrastructure assets.  

A couple of our popular items are kick-space heaters under the bathroom vanities or if forced air heat I place a heat vent just in front of the vanity.Another is to run the power to a bathroom GFI through an electric spring wound timer switch.

if those dogs attack and injure someone and they are living on your property your going to be in major issues if someone sues.. no question about it.. there was a case here last month in Vegas family pitt  never did anything then for some reason it attacked the older lady in the house son comes to rescue has to shoot the dog bullet goes through dog and into her leg.now she has severe bites and a bullet wound .. 

This was an auction property, not a yellow-letter sourced deal, but the guy has wound up in a pickle trying to 'wholesale' a deal to an acquaintance.  

Otherwise you will be placing a bandaid on a gaping infected wound.

Scott, this is an amazing story and it would have be very easy to sit in the corner and lick your wounds but you did great job pushing forward to complete the project and thank you for sharing.
