The guy who started this thread is trying to drive traffic to his website.

There can be a whole boatload of juriidictions (state, (multiple) counties, (multiple) cities, easement rightsholders (e.g. power company), traffic control authorities, etc.)

I've read every book I can get my hands on and scoured this site and the web in general for all the information I can get.

I am usually at low income areas around 7-9 am so that I dont have to worry about any problems 99% of the time.Hmmm 1 hour traffic or my life being gone or injuries.........

I've looked at public records, both through the county web sites and through a title company.

You should get a decent amount of traffic.
