"- Join a club or group, there are lots not only will you get the opportunity to volunteer and help your community, you will be able to network in your group. - Like @Zach Sikes  stated, make a list of every person you know...yes every single person you know, this will need to have their basic information as well as at least one contact method.

If they volunteer information, then you can go from there, but they need to volunteer it.Same with talking to older Realtors.

A way to get access to MLS yourself is to find a broker that needs some help with something and volunteer to help them in exchange for admin/assistant access to their account on MLS.

@Scott Malkin Regarding work comp - anyone helping you at or on your 10 unit complex, be it employee, independent contractor, volunteer, or site manager, will most likely have the right to file for work comp benefits if they get hurt.Regarding your tenant.
