In general, I have never really understood why the 85 corridor is not more in demand, but the money definitely flows to the 77 side, partly because of the lake.

As far as I understood it, if a property is in redemption, then the homeowner can buy it back from you at the cost paid plus taxes and interest.

Hire an architect to do a feasibility study or at least check your assumptions before you commit to buying the property.The way I understood the podcast guest they weren't rezoning just identifying properties that were zoned already for multi units.
