They need to keep your credit in good standing because they tout that they can double your initial credit line within the first 12 months. 

But since the big scandal last year with the CEO, they are putatively touting better underwriting standards.  

The long term rentals should be in B class neighborhoods and the short term need to be in areas that appeal to visitors to UT or to the Smokies. 

I live in Collin County (Texas) which is touted as one of the fastest growing counties in the country.

I went to UT. 

There are many courses and gurus out there touting programs that just don’t work in the real world.

Like a vitual "yellow letter" campaign.Also, as an aside - The ads that tout, "cash cows", "amazing cash-flow", or "stunning returns" without giving the slightest hint of financials or other deals really don't do much for me...but I'm probably just not imaginative enough to get it.

New flippers end up coming to me after they bought some smooth talking, great numbers touting wholesaler shop and they got taken.

We are especially unhappy with the service now, considering that was one of their highly touted features when they first started offering it.Does anyone know of any other online payment service which only allows for full payments or at least allows the Landlord to chose between full and partial payments?
