I found a lender who will do it but I wasn't thrilled with his terms but he did say he could do it in 30-45 days.

I've been reading the BP book on Rental Property Investing and listening to podcasts and webinars to learn about this industry, and I must say, I'm thrilled that there's a huge consolidated body of knowledge and community all in one location to help us along our journey.  

Sure, it's a newbie illusion and I realize that any successful investor has surely experienced the same the thrills and frustrations that go a long with 'taking the plunge' into REI. 

His associate who does that actual returns is meticulous and I am thrilled with the level of response. 

First, I was thrilled to discover that the proprietor of the "Seattle Grandmothers' Club" resided at our house. 

Outcome: The drug dealers were thrilled with the gift cards and agreed that it was a misunderstanding.
