Anyone know of online architects that can create a stamp approved site plan?

It literally picks up every inch of the house and is time stamped.

I come from a landscape architecture background and in the past developed my own plans for my building permits however Philadephia has now required projects over 25k to have either an architect stamp or a PE stamp.

I would also receive plans for the foundation, I would have to get them stamped by an engineer.
