Hemingway was your success here in Cook County in Illinois?

I'm located in the SW Suburbs of Chicago, and would like to primarily serve DuPage, Cook, Will, Kane, Kendall, and Grundy counties. 

There was probably a heavy smoker in there before.  

You should always state the requirements needed to rent e,g, 3X income, non smoker, credit scores need at least XXX etc. 

I am hot in the OC, but you must be cooking in Bakersfield. 

Cleanliness and accessibility were the top concerns, as well as amenities (views, hot tub, games, room to gather, cook, spend time together as a family, proximity to entertainment & park, etc.).

@Brad Cook I agree with @Eliott Elias here.

The whole point of going Airbnb over hotel is the kitchen for me, and I always end up with some kind of dull inadequate knife for cooking.

I'd personally always put in a full kitchen, but many don't cook or don't have time to and will be ok with a kitchenette.
