@Yader Gomez You are correct, if you try to get a permit for the window, the city will pull up a satellite image of the home, see the addition and cross reference the permit history. 

Also the cleaning fee can detract short term (1 day) bookings, meaning you get longer reservations, and spend less time with turnover (laundry/trash/dishes, etc).

Things like kitchen appliances/dishes/flatware, brass light/plumbing fixtures, plain white switch plates, wall paint, etc.

If you know how to do the research you can do some of it yourself before dishing out for title work.
