She skated with a subsidy for many years from a nice old landlord.

All I have had for 45 years was a 3/4 inch wide tape with a roller ball on the end. 

I believe I have a better 'approach' than this "buy -n- hold" mentality that remains almost entirely beholden to whims of a highly controlled and regulated "casino play..." just like the rest of their "what goes UP, must come down, roller coaster" games.

Then he used a paint roller, applied KILZ primer paint to subfloor areas (could even do the studs if you want since you have that open). 

I think it is going to be a roller coaster ride for me, but going to try to enjoy it.  

While it will always be dependent on tourism, Las Vegas can attract more than just high rollers and gamblers now.

Having picked up a foreclosure with nasty colors throughout and an amateur paint job over a perfectly fine builder paint, I can tell you it is alot more work than what amateurs do where they get a roller kit from home depot and cheap paint and get paint all over the ceiling.

That way you don't get any paint on it.What works best is to take the roller cover off of the roller and drop it into the paint.

Again, all of this is normal, wholesaling with zero intent to buy though, I would imagine in any state is more or less skating by on the technicalities regarding contracts.
