So seems to be a bit more hands on than I imagined and seems to be lots of tricks for the mischievous to pull.I'm sure as you network more, maybe you figure out these things...like maybe better to buy a 1bed 1bath house, or the opposite, big monster house with high fees.Not sure about city ordinances in SA, but that is something to be aware about too....besides normal HOA restrictions.
