My goal is to continue earning 10% CoC in buildings that will appreciate substantially by the time I retire (~30 yrs from now).Any advice would be immensely appreciated!

My grandfather and I (retired doctor and lawyer) will be running the business together but won't be operators. 

Our goal in investing is long term benefits (we would like to plan for retirement and helping our kids get started as adults), also plan to gain passive income, maybe gain one property every other year or so. 

My goal in the long term is build up enough equity/extra income to retire at 50.

Or are you more concerned about cashflow after retirement and have no plans to leave your W2?

I've found some great potential PML's by reaching out to retired investors and building genuine relationships with them.

I own, am planning to retire to the East Coast with my son and two little dogs.

I am open to other scenarios.We have access to $200k ish in equity in our primary.We will soon have access to another $100-150k for retirement/investing/IBC/etc.I would like to move into my young family into a (new build or fully renovated side by side) duplex.
