From that information I would think the best you can do is get a range of the ARV (say $150-$170k) and I would make sure you numbers work no matter whether the actual value falls within the range.

Typical range I have read is 1 to 10% of your portfolio depending on your risk tolerance.You can purchase from any number of service providers such as Coinbase but I would store any bitcoin in cold storage such as a Trezor.
