After much research I found this is what the area need more of.

When you research a market, does anyone strictly use reventure.app or propstream, or is it still important to visit websites that show things like population growth, crime rate, unemployment rate, etc.

I have 2 rentals in Indianapolis but thought maybe I should look in AL instead but just starting my research.

I know his name has been brought up multiple times in articles and other court filings from the research I have been doing. 

In some states it can be much more so you do you research before setting one up.

I’d recommend starting with resources like Short-Term Rental, Long-Term Wealth by Avery Carl and real estate podcasts like BiggerPockets, connecting with investors in vacation rental groups, and researching reliable management companies in your target areas to make the process as hands-off as possible.

(I will research what the likely cost will be and will add in some extra for Tenant A to make it a positive for them).
