@Leah MillerTypically no - condo bylaws and zoning regulations typically do not allow to segment a units potential exists to possibly combine units (which can be cost prohibitive as you need board approval and potential building code issues) but I have never seen a condo building allow someone to subdivide a unit

I've spent years gathering information, looking at actual sources, and finding out who is factual, and who is just promoting an agenda.

Check your local zoning codes you might not be able to get permits for a multifamily if it's zoned single family.

The only thing that I see are self-promotions or suspicious accounts promoting some GPs. 

People post their data so you can see what other folks are getting, what NAISC code to use, and so forth. 

Also federal and municipal liens also usually survive most foreclosures - think tax liens and code enforcement there.  

I was interested at the time it was being promoted but didn't not to invest.
