Frankly, as I am 90 days in with no progress on collecting on their “guaranteed rent” program, I had have to advise it appears to be a marketing scam they have no intention of following through on - as always, caveat emptor.

A property manager should be willing and able to check on your property as it is being rehabbed send you pictures as it progresses.

We actually went riding through Seminole heights and noticed that 90% of the homes were already under contract or rehabbing in progress so I do see that it may be hard to find the deals.
