Bottom line is, before you accepted the tenant, you're entitled to, and should not accept them without something in writing from a licensed Doctor or professional that designates the dog or "animal" as a prescriptive necessity.

I will say that we do still have two properties that are currently on Airbnb, and those two properties in particular we haven't had much of an issue with.Compare that to the nightmare rental we had in Pill Hill (which was the source of probably 2/3 of the horror stories, yet identically furnished), and I think the consensus through this thread is that it's all about location.
