I just listened to the latest episode of the BiggerPockets OG podcast where the guest was referencing conventional investment loans with a 15% LTV.

Perhaps @Tom Gimer representing the side of "wholesaling will be alive and well under the new law in SC" and one of the folks who is adamant that it this new law is the death of wholesaling as we know it in the state could get on and duke it out on the BP Podcast? 

I would also take a listen to the BP podcast episode 780 with Jesse Vasquez he's got a great approach to MTRs and targeting traveling nurses and doctors.

I have cut out all music and have been listening to the podcast and audiobooks for the past week while I drive for work trying to gain as much information as I can.       

By the way, I like the BP podcasts much better (this one is always a bit "salesy," which is another reason I am skeptical).
