I also began offering a 25% rebate of my commission to military and other local heroes (teachers, police, medical, etc), both as an incentive and because I was actually feeling guilty about how much money I was making and was looking for a way to give back.

It may not be pursuable as it's inchoate until acted up.So let's say you view the property, tie it up, waste their time and thus money based on a false POF letter that they reasonably and detrimentally relied upon, then you are now guilty of actionable fraud.

Hr mentioned about that before...If lender wants to assume ex is guilty and ask me to prove that he is innocent, they are going too far...Now I don't have to do my refi with this particular lender...

We will be meeting with HUD in may and talking with our constituents in the senate to let them know what is going on, and how can they help us,I plead to each of you to do The same, write, call or email your congressmen and women and let them know.
