Is it considered a gift?

Throwing out ideas to increase occupancy…What if you were one of the only hosts to offer free food delivery in the form of gift cards or coupon codes at a time when no one wants to go to the grocery store and they HAVE to order takeout/delivery?

Hey guys, I have a quick question about property attorney taxes. I have a seller deeding me 3 properties but he owes more than $25K in property taxes on each one of them. They need rehabbing and the average ARV is $65...

I.e $100 gift card. 

Guidelines will start to tighten i.e, higher fico requirements, lower DTI’s, no gift funds.  

Are there any requirements as to put the title in my name or funding the loan with both parties or gifting the money to me? 

They give a 500 dollar gift card (I know, I'm paying for it) and some kind of hardship forgiveness, I'm not sure exactly.

If anyone on your list sends you zero referrals, drop them at the end of the year and replace them with new people.Do the same with businesses where you drop in and give them a little gift, build a relationship, and start referring people to them.
