While Seattle and surrounding areas are where we are focused currently, we are open to other states as well.Here are a couple of options we were thinking:- Look at single family foreclosures, renovate/rehab/flip- Multi-home rental opportunity- And, dare I say, commercial?

Reading the time stamp on that message it looks like it was after the 3 complete reject on offers, with the 3 listing agents of each REO property asking me how dare I allow my buyers, or investors to make such ridiculous offers...Now for just starting out in the business, I'm not very set on lighting the candle at both ends and burning bridges out of the gate.

The properties in "A" are purchased for $100,000 plus and rent for $1,500.00 the properties in "D" are purchased for $35,000 and rent for $800.00.
