He never came back and had the hugest furniture, great giant stuff from the 1940’s, it was a nightmare removing it and some I simply chopped into pieces.

I'm hoping it will be done and ready for kitchen and furniture by March 2019.

They have some outdoor space also. 

If it's going to look bad and out of place, maybe forget it and go with bedroom furniture.I generally advise never clients to never cannibalize bedroom space, but if renters are always asking for a W&D, maybe go with the W&D and purchase bedroom furniture when finances allow it.  

I'd put some outdoor type of tiles, but use whatever is appropriate aesthetically.2. 

The historic main streets are filled with restaurants, outdoor cafes, shops, galleries, and other pedestrian friendly locations, mostly brick roads with pretty elevation changes. 

Currently, I have a full time job in the fenestration business, and I was legitimately curious if the whole concept of "indoor/outdoor living" had a major effect on home values.
